K800™ Fleet Fuel Control System

Affordable, reliable, easy to program and operate, the K800 features one-card, two-card or cardless access; product and quantity restrictions; card, code, ChipKey® or proximity card/key access; durable fuel island terminal with backlit LCD, odometer reasonability; dual-card accountability; cardless/keyless access, and more.
A K800 system consists of 1 to 4 Fuel Island Terminals used by drivers to access fuel, and one (1) Fuel Site Controller which stores all transaction data and driver vehicle records. Features include:

  • Up to 4 Fuel Island Terminals can be connected per location
  • Controls 1-4 hoses per Fuel Island Terminal simultaneously (max 16)
  • Odometer reasonability (with ChipKey®) assures accurate mileage entries
  • Card storage up to 10,000 users and transaction storage up to 1,800 transactions
  • One card, two card, or cardless access
  • Can lock out any key or card
  • Restricts product quantity for any key, card or account
  • Standard report package groups cards together by account and provides itemized reports including MPG, CPM and price extensions
  • Compatible with Phoenix™ fuel management software
