After downloading the update file, call OPW
Fuel Management Systems' Technical Service department to obtain the password
needed to unlock the file.
Note: Before OPW Fuel Management Systems can provide you with a password to

When calling, you will be
asked to provide the name of the registered user, the version
of Phoenix you are running (i.e., Phoenix Plus or K800 Phoenix Plus) and the serial number of the
product.
After you have obtained the password for your version of Phoenix, you can execute
the downloaded file by double-clicking on it from within an Explorer window,
or from the Start menu. Select "Run" and enter the complete path
and name of the file (Example: C:\Temp\PhoenixPlusUpdate.exe).
