After downloading the update file, call OPW
Fuel Management Systems' Technical Service department to obtain the password
needed to unlock the file.
Note: Before OPW Fuel Management Systems can
provide you with a password to unlock the update file, you must have
completed and returned the registration form.
When calling, you will be asked
to provide the name of the registered user, the version of Phoenix
you are running (i.e., Phoenix Plus, K800
Phoenix Plus, Phoenix Premier or K800 Phoenix Premier) and the serial
number of the product.
After you have obtained the password for your version of Phoenix, you can execute
the downloaded file by double-clicking on it from within an Explorer window,
or from the Start menu. Select "Run" and enter the complete path
and name of the file (Example: C:\Temp\PhoenixPlusUpdate.exe).

A System type has been added
for the FSC3000, the ART System's new fuel site controller. This controller
brings with it 32 products and 8 hose dispenser support.
Phoenix now provides TCP/IP communications
directly to the FSC3000 fuel site controller (or any of your existing
fuel site controllers). Contact your local sales representative or
distributor for more information.
See Phoenix "Read Me" file for
TCP/IP setup.
Odometer exception reports were
corrected to display the whole 19-digit card number.
All Tank Gauge Inventory and Delivery values are
now fixed at 3 decimal places.
The 2.1 release failed imports of the tank gauge
data if delivery history information existed prior to the last archive
date, although imports appeared to be successful.
